LED Binary Counter

There are 4 LEDs on board. Thus, we can make a 16 bit binary counter.  The leftmost LED is MSB and Rightmost is LSB. The programs were implemented on board. The results were observed.

      There can hardly be used in real life. But it is actually a basic program to train us to know basic programming of dsp board.

    you can extend the scope by implementing it for hexa-decimal
